How to raise something

At your school

Tell a protection focal point teacher, or use the protection referral desk.

Through your community

Speak to your parent-teacher association, school management committee or community protection committee.

By phone or text

A free feedback line will be published here before launch.

By email

Write to the EFASS office using the contact page.

Phone and text channels are to be confirmed before launch.

What happens next

  1. You raise itThrough any of the channels below, in your own language.
  2. We acknowledge itSo you know it has been received.
  3. We act on itThe right person looks into it, and safeguarding concerns go straight to the Senior Safeguarding Officer.
  4. We tell you the outcomeWherever it is safe to do so.

Safeguarding concerns

If a child is at risk, or you have a concern about the behaviour of anyone working with EFASS, it will be treated in confidence and acted on immediately. How EFASS keeps learners safe
